MGDC for SharePoint – Updated on 11/2023

I would like to share some exciting news for the Microsoft Graph Data Connect for SharePoint (Project Archimedes).

First, we published updated schema documents for our 3 existing datasets. These new docs include more details like scenarios, questions the dataset answers and how it can be joined to other datasets, in addition to the traditional schema definition. The links to the 3 dataset docs are listed below:

• SharePoint Sites dataset
• SharePoint Sharing Permissions dataset
• SharePoint Groups dataset

We are also previewing the documentation for 3 upcoming datasets. Here they are:

• SharePoint Files dataset
• SharePoint File Actions dataset
• OneDrive Sync Health dataset

These links to the datasets are now listed in the updated official datasets page for Microsoft Graph Data Connect for SharePoint. These new datasets are also listed in the Microsoft Graph Data Connect Ignite event blog post.

Another major step forward for the SharePoint datasets is that they are now available in all 15 regions supported by Microsoft Graph Data Connect: APC, AUS, BRA, CAN, CHE, DEU, EUR, FRA, GBR, IND, JPN, KOR, NAM, NOR and UAE.
